Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (Switch Version)

I love Dragon Ball. Like this is one of my favorite franchises, PERIOD. I don't know many franchises other than Star Wars that have affected the masses as much as Dragon Ball has. But all of the games based after the franchise never let you experience your own story. You just experienced the same story that happened on the TV show, which is isn't really a bad thing.
Xenoverse came out in 2015 and brew peoples minds with the game giving the player the ability to make their own character. It was actually pretty in depth and it was a lot of fun. The game still had it's problems though and the game was criticized for it, making a lot of people write it off as a bad game. But the next year the sequel came out, and people loved it. It was pretty much the same game, but without the problems that people had with the first game.
So when the Switch version came out a year later I made sure to preorder it. The game is a ton of fun, it perfects a lot of styles of gameplay people have come to expect from Dragon Ball games. Everything from the combos, ultimate attacks, and specials have all been perfectly recreated from the show. You can see the care put into recreating little tiny minute details of things that you'd think wouldn't matter, but it only makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I give this game a solid 9/10
